OH.MY.GOSH. Day 2 of no exercise. I hate these ‘travel days’. Ive been in transit now for over 24 hours now and i still won’t have reached my destination until tomorrow afternoon. Aaaaaaand… i even let the ‘golden M’ lure me in yesterday at the airport. I don’t even like McDonalds! Well, i enjoy that initial taste whilst its hitting my lips (especially the french fries) but its the aftermath i can’t bear; that stuffy, bloated feeling inside my stomach, and then only one hour later, that sense that i might be getting hungry, again! What a drag. So, note to self when traveling:
1. Always be sure to have a bag of raw cashew nuts handy. They are a tasty treat and are jam-packed full with nutritional content and essential minerals including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, copper, and magnesium. So, ladies, next time someone tells you that cashew nuts are fattening, be sure to let them know that it’s actually considered to be ‘good fat’ and is ideal for optimal health.
